  • Nikon G -> MF3 SB and Sigma 18-38 f1.8

    I'm new, searched for the answer to this (probably not hard enough) and would appreciate any help and/or answers.

    I have a GH4 with a Nikon Metabones Speedbooster with the Sigma 18-35 f1.8 lens on it.

    The Speedbooster has a dial on it that has 7 | 6 | 5 | 4 | 3 | 2 | 1 | F with no hard stops. Shots at "F" let more light in than shots set at "7".

    How do I know what Aperture I'm using? The GH4 LCD says 0.0, the photo after I take it says 0.0.

    I apologize if this is a stupid question. I've only used the GH4 on one of our drones shooting video using an Olympus 12mm lens, so this kind of issue has never come up before. Our new drones have a 4K camera, so I'm starting to use the GH4 off the drone with the Sigma lens and Speedbooster.

    Thank you all for taking the time to help me out. Hopefully I can return the favor one day.

    With kind regards,

    Sorry that was an 18-35mm lens. Not an 18-38. Oops.
