  • HELP! Portrait stand for Panorama

    I hope someone can help me.

    I have an Olympus om-d e5 and i want to use it for panorama photos.

    I'm using the Nodal ninja 3 with my 12-50mm. But when i rotate my camera he makes not landscape photo's but he turns to landscape.

    I can't find where is can enable/disable this function

    I'm not certain what you mean. Are you talking about how the camera rotates the image in playback mode, when you view your photos on the rear screen after taking them? This does not affect how the images are captured, and there is a menu setting to disable the rotation. It's under the "playback" settings in the menu, the rectangle with the arrow pointing to the right.

      It's not the display mode, but a want to make panorama photos with the om-d and a Nodal Ninja. When i stitch them with PTGui the progam says;

      some of the images are in portraitmode an others in landscape .......

      an then i get a very poor pano.

        Open the photo's in Olympus viewer3 and correct the faulty landscape to portret. Safe the shots and try again in PTGui.I think that could cancel your problems.
