14-140 sounds a very useful lens, I only have a Panny 12-32 at the moment which I had on the EM-10, but that's going on the GX7 for land scape and general. 140 may be a bit long for me so I might look at the 34-100.

I use a GX8 with 14-140 as my "Walkabout" kit. It works very well and produces good images. Dual IS is excellent.

My budget was limited and I found the GX7 body for under 200, I guess non OIS lenses such as Olympus lenses will still be stabilized, which is a bonus.

A nice thing about the GX7 is that it has sensor-shift IS and can support lens Panasonic OIS. The E-M1 is the better camera but likely to be more expensive. Both are good.

    Up Date,
having heeded Ian's suggestions re a the 2 cameras he mentioned, I have found a used GX7 black body in excellent ++ condition and not a mark on it plus a 6 Month warranty, Luckily I have a Panasonic 12-32 F/3.5 which will go on it, a tele zoon can come later, but nothing to big, 140 max is all I need or even the little 35-100.

I found the G6 shutter button too sensitive. Would your budget stretch to a GX-7? Or even a used E-M1 - a great camera for the money and it would address your issues with the E-M10 being a bit too small and fiddly.

PS Nice to see you back here as we developed the new forum

Thinking of moving over tp Panasonic Micro/4/3

I currently use an old Olympus OND-EM-10 just with its kit lens, but after handling a couple of older Panasonic cameras G6 and G7 I liked the feel in the hand as they are like down sized DSLR's and are much easier to hold and operate than the EM-10 which is a bit fiddly. So to keep prices down its going to be a used G6 or even G7 if the price is right. I'm not a video person so its just stills. However, a couple of review sites high lighted a shutter problem causing the blurring of some pics at around 100th of a second on the 6 & 7, has any one got views on this and the cameras generally plus is there an easy fix. Thanks in advance
