Only thing I can think of when I look at that: Olympus got new people doing their marketing
It is the same like showing us pieces of pictures of the OM-D. Nobody knows what it will be and everybody wants to know MORE..
Seems like this sort of campaign works.
'Damian McGillyCuddy keeps posting some mysterious messages about an unknown new Olympus product. He got that huge package he marked with the tag “E-xxx“! Damian writes: “I’m playing with some new and shiny stuff at the moment and as soon as I can I’ll let the cat out of the bag… promise ;0) If I’m honest the new stuff I’m playing with is even better than the E5…”'
note E-xxx... could it be an E620 successor? now that would be unexpected!

I'm predicting the E7 then, with the new 16MP sensor, but an updated improved version with even better dynamic range and lower noise than the OM-D, full 1024 interlaced movie, 12 frames per second, radically improved CAF, 3" OLED touch screen, new ergomomics based on the E1 but improved even more and best in class everything with nothing left out and absolutely everyone is happy, no one wishes for more or any improvements and most Canikon owners are so impressed they all convert and sing Oly's praises forcing Canikon into bankruptcy
Its an E-620 successor for me as well, hopefully it will be affordable. If it is, I will stay with Olympus so all my Oly glass does not go into retirement.
Maybe its the E-7 with 40MP to beat the Nikon D800`s paltry 36MP and it`ll have super low noise, HDR ultra wide dynamic range, have 25 frames per sec at full res and will have super efficient and great Amiga OS4 operating system in built allowing you to edit and manage your photos without going anywhere near a Windoze PC or Mac.
Oh! I`ve just woken up....what a nice dream.
Andy.
I've said it before, but I would hope that it's a full line of FT cameras, Ex, Exx AND Exxx. As much as I would sing the praises of the new OM-D line (not actually owning one), I believe that Oly must continue to show support for FT to avoid being viewed as a company that has, once again, abandoned many of it's loyal customers.
