The problem is that in order to focus to infinity the lens needs to be around half the distance from the focal plane (sensor position) than is possible on a Four Thirds DSLR. I have not seen one, but an adapter to mount a Micro Four Thirds lens to a Four Thirds body would be possible but you wouldn't be able to focus past a few inches, if that. The field of view would also be cropped, rather like a teleconverter. The effect would basically be like using an extension tube on a Micro Four Thirds body.
