Hi I took a lot of pictures of this bat yesterday, to test C-AF on my E-M1 mark II. I C-AF on this camera is fantastic. 57 of 60 pictures was in focus. The bat, I think is a common noctule, but Im not sure. Its not a colorful creature, so I had to brighten the picture quit a lot + quite a lot of pp.

Regards

Bo

Re: Bif

Looks like the camera and the photographer did a good job. I suspect this was with a micro 4/3rds lens, how does it work with a 4/3rds lens?

I've only experimented a little bit with C-AF on the E-M1 mk II, but in good light it seems to do very well with the 50-200 SWD. It's a dramatic improvement over the (original) E-M5 that I was using before. That camera often struggled to focus the 50-200 at all, and could take several seconds even under good conditions. I have been very pleased with the AF on the E-M1 mk II so far. I just need to get out and use it more!
