We have 34 JPEG and RAW sample image files (68 in all!) taken with a production-spec. Olympus E-620 for you to download. Various ISO settings and lenses were used. Let us know what you think once you've had a look at them.
Please note that the JPEGs were set to Standard for the noise filter, so purists may prefer to download the RAW version.
If there are any mode settings/scenes not covered in the gallery, let me know and if I have time I will try to create some custom sample images for you.
If you aren't familiar with the E-System platform but would like to explore the RAW files we have made available here from the E-620, you can download the free Olympus Master 2.11 application from the Olympus Japan Website. This has a simple and relatively limited range of RAW processing features, but it's a good start.
A more comprehensive option is Olympus Studio 2.22. This is based on the Master code base, but has more features, including batch processing and more RAW processing tools. It's a commercially charged product, but it has a 30 day free trial period.
You can download these by visiting the Olympus Japan website here:
No problem, I'm just happy to have samples to play with! I think the JPG link in row 5, col 3 has a typo, otherwise looks good.
Incidentally, the ORFs can be opened in ACR 5.3 (Lightroom 2.3) or any other program that supports the E-30, provided that you edit the 'Model' field in the EXIF from 'E-620' to 'E-30' using something like EXIFToolGUI.

Thanks again for posting these. Cheers,

Unfortunately we don't have a script to build the gallery automatically, so human errors do slip in - sorry! The development of such a script is now several notches up the priority list!
Found that bug and am just changing the line on the server now...
Ian, Thanks for posting these. At a quick perusal the pics are most impressive, especially those taken at 400 & 800 ISO.
And thanks for the link to Raw Photo Processor. I didn't know this existed. Will download it and have a play.
