I hope it is released in time for my birthday at the end of November.

It would be nice if there were a few reveiws up before then too.

Re: Olympus E-1 Successor to be unveiled on 17th October

Hello:

I've not been reading anywhere, about what the "estimated" availability (USA) price for this
might be... ?

Any ideas, and comment on this issue?

Thanks for reading...

God Bless,
Ed

Re: Olympus E-1 Successor to be unveiled on 17th October

With my lack of business, marketing, and costs of doing business knowledge, I'd say Olympus will release the camera on a limited basis. Depending on features, the price could range anywhere from $1000 to $1500. Again, this is just a guess, and I have no idea what I'm talking about. I'm hoping it will be a capable competitor to the upcoming Nikon D300 and Canon 40D
