Re: Olympus lens wins TIPA Award

How could it have been tested properly if it does not fit on a Canon or Nikon?

Because its an award for a four thirds based lens? and its an award for a lens not the camera bodies that use it..

Methinks Derek was using that form of alleged wit known as sarcasm...

Ian

Thanks for explaining
it is my response to the amount of bandwidth being spent on discussing every thing but the E3 in the E3 section.

Re: Olympus lens wins TIPA Award

To get back to the lens, it's okay but I find I'm hardly using it. I've either got the 7-14 or the 50-200 on the camera and very rarely end up needing to swap for the focal lengths in between.

I keep looking at the 14-35 as the one thing I don't like about the 12-60 is the distortion at the wide end.
