It is a great lens, but don't think that it will focus like the ZD 50-200 SWD lens for street photography, it has to focus accurately for macro use & therefore will take much longer for normal use. In good light & contrast for a static subject it can focus reasonably fast (if you prefocus manually which is available full time before pressing the shutter button) but for moving people (or animals) forget it. That's just the way macro lenses generally are.
