D--n, and I just deleted a photo of two Japanese Beetles "doin' the deed" because I didn't think that I would ever have a need for it. Bummer!

Dragonfly in the geranium ! E510 + Yashica ML 28mm f2.8. Just an experiment really. My new, old Yashica 28mm had an outing on the E510 today. I noticed this lovely little lens will focus down to 12 inches so gave it a try. Not a real macro lens but a nice close up one that seems plenty sharp and has lovely colour rendition and nice contrast. No cropping or other post processing. Pretty good for $20 I say.

Never toss a bug shot, ya just never know when when you will need it.
Bear, that is like the bionic dragon.
I'm glad you enjoy your legacy glass. There is a lot of great glass out there if you are willing to put in the effort to sort them out.
Thanks for sharing

Ok so the 35mm was getting jealous of thr 50mm messing with its EC 20, so I took it out for fly week.
