    Re: Out of Africa

I took this photo, after a brief stop over for refuelling in Livingstone, Victoria Falls, flying from Cape Town to Nairobi. The light beams were all natural.

    Re: Out of Africa

Thank you Mark, as you know they can be shy and also curious. They will look from a distance of up to about 25 metres and any closer, they will run away. What are your thoughts? To give you an idea, I have some raw footage shot from a phone with image stability of an evening drive into the bush where the Zebra and the other wild animals roam in Laikipia, incidentally not far from the British Army base. Please see the vimeo link.

Thank you folks for liking my photos. I bought my first Olympus camera last summer and I am still learning how to use it. Thank you for all of your help and advice since then.
    Best wishes

    Re: Out of Africa

Good morning Mark, here is another video I made 2 years ago showing the wild life. We stayed at a lodge which had its own private reserve of 10,000 acres within Tsavo. The beauty of the lodge was that it provided a water hole for all of the animals and it supplied the water, never drying up. It also enabled me to get close to the animals and for not very much, 83 GBP per night.

Please fast forward up to 3.30, as the video up to there is about road driving in Kenya. Thank you for looking

Victoria Falls not edited, the file is in tiff. The pilot very kindly did a circle, before coming into land for a refuelling stop. It was a little plane
