    Upturned on the canal

Whilst waiting for a friend to arrive for a few hours of photography it allowed time to process this boat.

It seems to be an upturned hull converted for canal cruising.

That's really weird! If you painted it green it's look like something from the military!

Certainly not built to enjoy the view from the right side while having dinner inside...

It could be Nemo's Mk1 version of the the Nautilus but I wouldn't like to be on it for the submerged sea trials

    Hi Ian -

    Thanks for commenting.

I took the craft again today with the 12-100 Olympus pro lens and it seems to have turned green! Lol

Actually, it was probably red originally and a lifeboat on a freighter somewhere....

I was trying to work out why it looked vaguely familiar. I think you've got it, now all I need to work out is where I saw a lifeboat like that.

I wonder if it's being converted at the moment, the side window looks like it's recently been cut out.
It's the image that's important, not the tools used to make it.

    Thanks Stef

That seems to confirm your earlier comments regarding the freighter fitment - so problem/thoughts solved.
