    E-410

Any one still using the Olympus E-410 and is the Olympus 25-mm F/2.8 pancake worth getting for this camera, there seems to be a small choice of 4/3 affordable primes in the wide/standard area.

I'm basically looking for a wide prime that's roughly equivalent to a 28-mm on 35-mm and a standard prime roughly equivalent to a 50-mm on 35-mm, I guess a zoom would cover this, but I want to keep the bulk and weight to a minimum on my old E-410

Hi there! I use the 25 mm lens with my E5. It works well. particularly if you're into candid street photography. I have managed, in the past, with the 25mm on my E5, to carry it in my coat pocket(!). The 25 mm also has a really good close focussing distance. I hope this has helped with your deliberations. Happy New Year everyone. Peter H

Thanks Peter, the 25-mm pancake i'm looking at is the old 4/3 mount, not M/4/3.

That's what it would be if he is using it on the E5. It would be different though if it was the E-M5.
