Jeff, I believe the recommendations were to remove Viewer 2 before installing Viewer 3. It's been a while since I did that upgrade :-)

Ticks me off because I cannot view ORFs at my counter to show my files to clients, even after loading the Olympus Raw Codec.
Unfortunately you appear to be unlucky. I can view ORFs in Windows Explorer with the CODEC installed (Win 7 64-bit).

Is there anything unusual about your PC setup?

I hope there will be one - it's about that time of year when a new version comes out...

I have no problems at all on my 2 win7 machines, it's the XP machine on my sales counter (which has a (supposed) compatable Graphics card and pleanty of RAMand all updates and service pacs). Viewer 3 is the only program that wont work,Viewer 2 worked just fine:-/. I cannot view E-3 or 5 ORFs. I have gone into the registry and remove all traces of Olympus Viewer, and still no good. I use ACR and Photoshop CS6 for all my editing on the calibrated Win 7 machines anyway.
Since I only use this computer for viewing I might just do what Don said and load FastStone.

This is what I couldn't say at the time:

Elements 12 is now out - see:

    Ian

PS This may mean that new RAW updates won't apply to Elements 11. I will enquire though.
