Sample images from a production-ready Olympus E-30

(High ISO comparison with an Olympus E-3 and Nikon D300 to follow)Here we have 28 JPEG images for you to download from our second sample of the Olympus E-30 DSLR, which goes on sale around this time next month. The camera body supplied by Olympus UK has version 1.0 firmware and all the pictures were taken with a matching Zuiko Digital 14-54mm f/2.8-3.5 II standard zoom lens. In-camera noise filter mode was left at the standard setting (centre of of five levels).
Quite a few of these samples are taken at higher ISO settings of 800, 1600 and 3200 ISO, because there will be a added interest in the performance of the new 12MP LiveMOS sensor in the E-30.
These images are copyrighted and provided for personal evaluation only. No other use or re-publication is permitted. Please do not link to these images from any other website. Each image file is around 6MB long. And please do let us know what you think of the image quality the 45-200 delivers.

All 28 samples are now available in RAW and JPEG. Use Olympus Master 2.11 to open the RAW files.
