Firmware update to fix12-60 SWD C-AF problem

Olympus has today released a firmware update for the new Zuiko Digital 12-60mm f/2.8-4 SWD zoom. The update addresses reported issues concerning the consistency and accuracy of continuous autofocus when using this particular lens.

To update your lens, use either Olympus Studio or Master, selecting the firmware update option and look for an update to version 1.1 for the 12-60 lens. A camera body firmware update is not required, although there have been some updates for camera bodies if you intend to use the new EC-20 converter.
