But first, to demonstrate the macro effectiveness of the Sigma 105 f/2.8 EX DG Macro, here are some web-resolution shots taken using the lens:

To give you some idea of the scale, the subject is a Micro SD memory card placed on the fabric of a chair back. The card is about 20mm wide. Only diffused lighting from the room windows was used.

At the Sigma 105mm macro's closest focus, this view was taken with the aperture wide open.

Now the Sigma 105 Macro is stopped down to an indicated f/8.

And finally, at f/22, which is minimum aperture for the Four Thirds version of the the Sigma 105mm Macro.
